Itinerary:
8 Days Cairo, Alexandria & Nile Cruise
Day 1: Arrival to Cairo
Upon your arrival to Cairo airport, you will find Visitors Egypt’s representative waiting for you with a sign showing the company’s logo (Visitors Egypt Tours).
Then you will be transferred by an AC vehicle to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 2: Giza Pyramids & The Egyptian Museum
Breakfast. Then the tour guide will pick you up from the hotel.
Move by an air-conditioned car to start your tour by visiting the plateau of Giza where you will see the Great Pyramids of Giza (The only remaining landmark of the Old seven wonders of the world). You will see the Pyramid of Cheops and the pyramids of Chephren and Mycerinus. Take a few pictures from the panoramic area before moving on to the Valley Temple and the Great Sphinx.
Then move to visit The Egyptian Museum of Antiquities. You will get the chance to visit the collection of King Tutankhamen including the famous golden mask of the boy king.
Additionally, you can also visit the Mummies Hall (for extra ticket purchasable on sit) in which you will see the mummies of the ancient Egyptian Kings.
After finishing the tour, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 3: Alexandria
Breakfast. Then the tour guide will pick you up from the hotel.
Travel to Alexandria, start with a visit to the Roman Amphitheater in Kom El-Dekka, a marble theater that once seated 800 spectators with galleries, sections of mosaic flooring, and a pleasure garden, all surrounded by Roman baths and villas.
Then proceed to visit the Catacombs of Kom El-Shokafa, the necropolis of 3 sub-levels dating from the 2nd century AD merges aspects of Egyptian, Greek, and Roman culture in its features.
You will also drive by Pompey’s Pillar and stop for a photo stop, (it was constructed in honor of the Emperor Diocletian at the end of the 4th century).
Next stop is the library of Alexandria (Bibliotecha Alexandrina); the biggest library in the world – now with 8 million books. You will visit the library’s manuscript museum, president Saddat Museum and impressions of Alexandria Museum.
The car will then take you to visit the church of St. Mark – the oldest church in Africa. Through your drive you will see the old downtown and the local historical architecture which has baroque style designs and Italian and French style properties.
Visit El Nabi Daniel Mosque which is believed by many people to be related to Alexander the great tomb.
The car will then take you to visit the prettiest and biggest mosque in the city: the Abbo Elabbas Mosque, and the strangest sight outside it: an old funfair where children play on very antique funfair rides and eat candy floss.
Opposite is the corniche and the old harbor where you can see the old fishing boats, men fishing and traditional fishermen making nets. The photos taken there are amazing.
Continue to visit the Citadel of Quaitbay which was built on the same site as the ancient Lighthouse of Alexandria, one of the seven wonders of ancient world . A most spectacular castle which is a great photo stop.
The car will then take you to the gardens of Montaza, commonly known as the Love Garden (all romantic couples and families go there) you will visit the royal gardens of King Farouk (the last king in the history of Egypt) and see the royal palaces of Haramlek and Salamlek.
After finishing the tour, you will be escorted back to the hotel.

Day 4: Aswan – Nile Cruise
Breakfast. Then Visitors Egypt’s representative will pick you up from the hotel.
Transfer to Cairo Domestic Terminal at the Airport to fly to Aswan, upon your arrival our guide will be waiting you with sign of Visitors Egypt Tours.
Move to visit the High Dam, an engineering miracle built in 1960 protecting Egypt from annual floods from the Nile.
Proceed to visit the Unfinished Obelisk which shows the techniques used by the ancient Egyptians to cut obelisks.
Then onto the majestic Philae Temple which was built on the honor of goddess Isis the chief deity of the island.
After finishing the tour, you will be escorted to embark the Cruise. Lunch on board.
The cruise will then set sail to Kom Ombo. Have an afternoon tea while sailing.
Visit the temple of Kom Ombo which is shared by the two gods Sobek and Haroeris.
Dinner & Disco party on board.

Day 5: Nile Cruise
Day 6: Nile Cruise
Proceed to visit the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most striking monuments in Egypt built at the bottom of al Qurna mountain cliff. Queen Hatshepsuit was the famous female pharaoh of Egypt, posed as a male to gain the throne. And then, have a brief photo stop at the colossi of Memnon, marks the entrance of the ruined funerary temple of Amenhotep III (1391–1353 BC).
Dinner & Overnight stay in cruise.
Day 7: Luxor – Fly to Cairo
Start the tour at Karnak Temple. The greatest cult temple in the history, dedicated to Theban triad with the god Amun as its head, his wife Mut and their son Khonsu.
And then, continue to visit Luxor temple, marks the other end of the avenue of sphinxes, that once connected between Karnak and Luxor temples. The rear of the temple are chapels built by Amenhotep III of the 18th Dynasty of ancient Egypt, as well as Alexander the great. Other parts of the temple built by Tutankhamun and Rameses II.
Then transfer to Luxor Airport for flight back to Cairo. Arrive and then you will be transferred to the hotel.
Overnight stay in Cairo.
Day 8: Departure
Breakfast. Then our representative will pick you up from the hotel to transfer you to the airport for your departure flight.
